If it does not, when the error 20 shows up, the batteries that are blinking are the ones that need to be turned off individually. To do so, you must take the right side panels off of the batteries. So turn those off manually (the red switch that each individual battery has beneath the black-clear panel).
Let them be off for about 5 seconds and turn them back on. Once they come back on, that will clear the error temporarily.
With the error cleared, you can manually upgrade the firmware.
To do this, you can download the firmware files here:
With a USB flash drive, please back it up (if you need the files that are on it) and once you have everything backed up delete everything in it. Make sure it is formatted in the "FAT32" file system.
To format it in FAT32, please do the following. Go to the File Explorer.
Right click on the USB Drive and select "Format":
In the Format section, select FAT32 as the File system:
Once the USB drive folder is empty, put the five files into the folder like the following image:
If the skybox beeped when you put it in, wait until it beeps twice. When it beeps twice, it means that the files have been downloaded unto the skybox and you may proceed to remove the USB drive from the skybox.
You'll see an error 25 on the screen:
Then the Error 25 will go away and a small number starting with 8 at the top and then there'll be an incremental count going from 1-99. The amount of times it does this depends on the amount of modules you have. So, if you have 4, it's going through 81-84 (not necessarily in that order).
When you see the regular SOC and SOH screen, the update has been finished.
