If there is a triangle with an exclamation point on the inverter on top of the battery, this is most likely a communication error due to the fact that the cable isn't wired properly.
Cable pin setup is usually the reason you are having communication issues between your Homegrid BMS and Sol-Ark Inverter. See the diagrams below to make sure your cable is setup the correct way.
Please confirm the Inverter communication cable is plugged into the CAN Port of the BMS and the Battery CAN BUS on the inverter.
