If the battery icons on the battery screen are blinking, it could mean three things.
1. Batteries Need To Calibrate
In order for the batteries to calibrate, they just need to be charged and discharged -- go through a normal cycle. Once they do that, they will calibrate and the become solid battery icons on the screen.
If the batteries are still blinking after doing a cycle, there are two other options that could be happening.
2. There is an error on the Screen
If the battery has an error on the screen, the battery icons will blink indicating which battery has the error. For example an error 20:
If it is an error 20 and you have a skybox, go here:

If you do not have a skybox, either call our Tech Support line at 725-373-5350 or send us an email to support@lithionbattery.com with the following information:
- Your Name
- Company that installed the batteries
- Your address
- Email address
- Phone Number
- Place where you purchased the batteries
- Battery Management System (BMS) Serial Number
You can find the BMS serial number here:
It's the number below the bar code. You can also find the same sticker on the box the batteries came in.
3.You have added new modules to your stack and they don't stop blinking
In this case, the BMS has outdated firmware compared to the new modules.
There are two ways to proceed with this.
1. You remove the new batteries off of the stack and rearrange everything to be the way you used to have it. Use the Skybox to upgrade the firmware. Either manually or with the HomeGrid App.

2. The other way to upgrade the BMS is using the USB Can tool
